Vinification
Selection of the finest grapes. Slight crushing and cold decanting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats with controlled temperature. The second fermentation occurs in stainless-steel vats with fine lees and periodic bâtonnage during 1 month.

Tasting Notes
Pink in colour, it presents a thin and elegant bubble. On the aromas and flavours you can identify red and citrus fruits. Fresh and smooth finish.

Food Pairing
Excellent as an appetizer, has a perfect pairing with sushi, oysters and seafood.

Service
It should be served at a temperature of 6⁰C. Store it in a cold, dry place and protected from light.
